Service Description. This Site describes Beverages, Beer, Wine, Snacks, Ready-To-Eat Meals provided by Liberty Food Mart. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://beveragestorebattlecreek.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Liberty Food Mart or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MI for any related dispute.
